Permits and Privileges
1. Booths, stands privilege, etc. will be rented in order of application
2. The rate will be governed by location.
3. No privilege will be granted for less than $50.00.
4. All concessions must be operated to comply with Food Concession Regulations of Jasper County and also the Laws of Gambling.
5. Each Concessionaire must confine himself to space allotted to him and keep the space in a clean and sanitary condition or forfeit the privilege without reimbursement.
6. All concessions must stay for the duration of the Fair unless given permission by the Board of Directors of the Jasper County Agricultural Association to depart earlier. If the concession is moved before the end of the Fair without board approval, they may lose the privilege of renting that particular space in future years.
7. At the conclusion of the fair, all concessions must be moved from the grounds unless additional remittance is paid of approved by the Board of Directors.
